Two gazebos, a pond, beach (yes beach), waterfall, covered bridge, mature trees, flower gardens and vineyards? As it states on their website, The Preserve at Bingham Hill is like, “the wine country of Northern California but with our own Colorado twist.” This venue is fantastic! And the views? Wow!
Just like planning a wedding, booking the venue drives everything else for a styled shoot. So, we started the search and scheduled several venue visits. We love the upscale rustic feel of so many Colorado venues and The Preserve is no exception.
Setting the Scene
From the moment we arrived we envisioned photos of a Six Arrow bride and groom walking along the red dirt road driveway. Natalie, onsite event coordinator extraordinaire, gave us a warm welcome and invited us in to the reception hall. Stepping inside it is easy to see why this venue books up so quickly! The grand room with high ceilings and wood floors is elegantly draped in billowing white draperies. As we looked around, and discussed our vision for the shoot, Natalie told us the history of the property. And then she took us outside to show us all of the ceremony site options.
“This place is so magical in the summer.” Natalie said with a smile. We don’t doubt it! The picturesque gazebos and waterfall are such a perfect backdrop. And the beach? Yes please! We can only imagine how beautiful this place is when everything is green and in bloom! Maybe we can get married again?? Just a half mile up the road is a little picnic area with fantastic views of the valley and foothills, so of course we had to stop for a quick selfie! Check out that view!
We are more than grateful to have the opportunity to have our styled shoot at this venue!
